Informix Database SQL connexion

Implement Informix transaction in Talend Job.

Not existing in origanal Informix components.

Can be used with tInformixInput, tInformixOutput, tInformixRow, tInformixCommit, tInformixRollBack.

This component has been added to TOS 4.0.0+. So it is now supported on Talend bugtracker.
